Q. Can I buy a single one-day pass instead of a 4-day pass ?
A. No. All passes are for the 4-day access – we want you to experience the whole, multi-faceted festival in its entirity, and not just a day here or there. This is a 4-day destination getaway. For prices and ticket types, click here.

Q. What is your refund policy ?
A. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Q. What does the pass include ? 
A. The passes are access only passes, and allow you to enjoy most of the key features of the festival. Certain passes add further benefits, such as access to the fort and palace, to the gala evening and after-party. To find out more about the different types of passes available, click here

Q. Does the pass include food and accommodation ? 
A. No. The passes are access only passes (the standard festival pass being less expensive for four feature-packed days than many single-evening concerts are). Q. How can I pay for food and drink on site ? 
A. A cashless facility will be available on site. We recommend that you carry payment options including credit cards, wallets and cash to transfer funds to your festival cashless system.

Q. Where should I book my accommodation for the festival ?
A. Book your accommodation here, choosing between various types of accommodations – luxury and mid-range pre-built tents and very few hotel suites and rooms – or to rent field space to pitch your own tent, should you so desire.

Q. Will there be any shopping opportunities at the festival ? 
A. Yes, there will select items from natural yoga mats to cottage industry goods that you can purchase at the festival.

Q. What kind of food should we look forward to at the festival ? 
A. Truly delicious and freshly prepared food, which also happens to be organic, vegetarian and vegan.

Q. How far is the accommodation from the festival location ?
A. The accommodation is within the festival complex. 

Q. Can we bring and park our cars in the parking lot during the festival ? 
A. No! There is no parking available at the venue. Visitors should be dropped off to the premises by their vehicle of choice on the 1st March, and leave on the 5th morning.

Q. Will there be alcohol served at the festival ? 
A. The event does not serve, support or endorse the sale or consumption of alcohol. 

Q. Will there be non-vegetarian food at the festival ? 
A. Only organic vegetarian and vegan food will be served at the festival. Our organisation does not wish to engage in any activity which is derived from the breeding and killing of living beings, or the use of artificial chemicals or pesticides in food.

Q. Will there be a counter to keep our luggage ? 
A. You will need to keep your luggage in your tents, and therefore recommend that you travel lightly, and with small bags. 

Q. Will international travellers be given a visa invitation from the festival ? 
A. The festival organisers will provide a visa invitation letter for all international travellers at a prior notice. Please contact Indebo, our official travel partner, well in advance of your arrival, should you need this letter.
