Festival of Bharat respects your privacy. We also value your trust in us. This Privacy Policy, therefore, describes how we treat your and other users’ information collect on and associated offline sources. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online users. By visiting and/or using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Payment and billing information. This site does not collect payment information, however, if you visit one of our associated sites, we might also collect your billing name, billing address and payment ‘method’ when you buy a ticket or another product from this website. However, we NEVER collect your credit / debit card number or expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit or debit card on our website. Your payment card information will be obtained and processed by our online transaction partner(s), via their secure, world-class transaction gateway(s). 


Information you post. Our websites and digital platforms do collect information you post on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to Citti Media.

We do not desire nor need to earn revenue by selling the information provided by our users and customers to any third party, especially marketing companies and database list purchasing companies. We believe this business model is unethical, and do not support it.

These may include partner organisations who help us manage our online or in-event registration process, payment processors or transactional message processors, or hotels or hospitality partners arranging accommodation or travel itineraries for users or clients. Without sharing necessary information, it would be impossible to carry out such tasks and for us to deliver for our customers and users.

We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. It is extremely unlikely that we will ever sell our business beyond minor shareholding stakes, given that this is and has always been a lifelong passion project for us, which is not primarily motivated by financial gain. However, it is our duty to state that if, for example, a part of our business is sold, we may have to provide our customer list as part of that transaction.

 To stop receiving our promotional emails, please click on the unsubscribe link on any email sent to you from us. It may take up to fourteen days to process your request. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.
